Depending on the client’s budgetary requirement, TSI’s billing can also be based on per piece delivered (for messengerial services), per encoded item (for data encoding services), or per accepted applicant (for placement services).

Other Pricing Schemes

Rates are inclusive of all operational costs like sorting, invoicing, transport, payment follow-ups and reporting.

TSI’s charges for collection services can be based on manpower hours, number of payments picked up, or percentage of amount collected.

Collection Services

Toll charges, parking fees, driver’s lodging (for overnight trips) and services rendered in excess of the agreed operating hours are charged separately.

TSI offers transport services on a monthly or daily basis. Rates vary depending on service area, vehicle type and operating hours.

Transport Services

Our rates apply to the regular 8 hours per day, 5 days per week work schedule, unless otherwise specified by our agreement with the client. Additional charges for overtime, rest day and holiday work are computed based on existing Philippine labor laws and regulations.

TSI’s manpower solutions can be availed of on a monthly, daily or hourly basis. Our rate package is inclusive of all labor costs like salaries, allowances, employee benefits (13th month pay, service incentive leave pay, holiday pay, etc.), withholding fund contributions (social security, health, insurance, etc.), and other operational costs (gasoline allowance, janitorial equipment and supplies, etc.).
